Job Description
Our client, a mid-sized multi-service firm in Vancouver, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team. This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Job responsibilities include but aren\'t limited to:
- Drafting and maintenance of documents related to conveyancing including purchases, sales and refinancing
- Liaise and assist clients as well as lawyers and brokerages
- Performing corporate searches, LTO searches, conflict searches, and due diligence searches
- A minimum of 2 years in residential conveyancing, some experience with commercial real estate is an asset.
- Completion of a LAA certificate or diploma from an accredited institution
- Effective communication skills - interpersonal, verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Confident and dependable - strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently
