Conveyancer.

The newest member of our team will have:

3+ years' experience in residential conveyancing Proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and document preparation Solid understanding of BC land title registration requirements Mature work ethic and ability to work independently Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills and attention to detail Effectively manage multiple tasks and ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines Use initiative to make decisions Respond quickly to changing priorities

Highlights of the role include:

Corresponding with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, brokers, and agents in a professional manner Preparation of sale, purchase, and mortgage documents Review contracts, property titles, mortgage payouts, and lender instructions and respond accordingly Prepare statements of adjustments Vacation/Sick coverage for the team as needed
We offer an attractive remuneration package, extended health benefits, and a positive environment that encourages the development of our team members. The expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per annum.
