Having over 15 offices spread across British Columbia, our client has built a solid reputation for the stellar conveyancing services they provide for their clients. With all lawyers combined, they have over half a century's worth of residential real estate law experience. Now you can carry on this legacy and be the next conveyancer they add to their team!

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Specializing mainly in residential real estate, youll be collaborating in teams of 4 to ensure a file is successfully taken care of from opening to closing. From day 1, youll be put into a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the tools you need to be successful in this role and be part of a company that loves to promote from within!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Senior Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling client correspondence
• Liaising with mortgage brokers and real estate agents
• Opening files
• Handling client appointment bookings
• Ordering strata forms
• Collecting tax information
• Preparing bank statements
• Assisting with bank runs
• Assisting with reception coverage where necessary

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally between 6 months to 2 years of conveyancing experience (were also open to looking at more experienced candidates!)
• A Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate (with courses in Conveyancing)
• A valid drivers license and access to a car

COMPENSATION

• $45,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
• Group benefits (including dental coverage)

• 2-3 weeks vacation (depending on experience)
