Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer to join our Notary office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent client service abilities to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Analyze property transactions and prepare necessary documentation for conveyancing processes. Maintain organized files and records for all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Provide exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the conveyancing process. Collaborate with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in property transactions. Conduct thorough research on property titles, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations. Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.

Skills

Strong analytical skills to assess property transactions and identify potential issues. Excellent administrative abilities to maintain organized files and documentation. Exceptional client service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficient skills with conveyancing program such as Lawyer Done Deal (LDD).
