Intermediate to Senior Conveyancer - Full-Time, In-Office (Fraser Valley)
A well-established full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley is seeking an experienced intermediate to senior-level conveyancer to join its growing real estate team. With decades of service to a diverse client base--including private business owners, property developers, financial institutions, individuals, and family farms--this firm is known for its practical, team-oriented approach and collaborative workplace culture.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Abbotsford. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the real estate team by managing residential conveyancing files from open to close and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently administer residential sale, purchase, and mortgage files from opening to closing.
Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, financial institutions, brokers, and other parties by phone and email.
Collaborate with internal team members to coordinate file progress and allocation.
Provide informal guidance or training to junior staff in a supportive and encouraging manner.
Complete various administrative and file-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal program.
Minimum of 3 years' experience handling residential real estate conveyancing files.
Proficiency with conveyancing-related software, including MS Word/Excel, Outlook, BC Online, MyLTSA, and eConvey.
Strong organizational and document production skills, with keen attention to detail.
