Conveyance Payouts Administrator

If so, we'd love for you to join our team as a full-time Payouts Administrator, ensuring agents are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining strict compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies.

What You'll Do:



Transaction coordination - coordinating with agents, lawyers and other brokerages, checking registration details and following up on pending deals and commissions Commission processing - calculating and processing commissions for all transactions (sales, leases, referrals, projects) Agent support - communicating with agents on commission statements, payment schedules, and other related inquiries Compliance and reporting - ensuring all mandatory documents are in compliance with real estate regulations Transaction entry - inputting referral deals and payouts in Lone Wolf and SkySlope; generating summary reports

What We're Looking For:



Minimum Grade 12 education (post-secondary education, diploma or certificate an asset) At least 1 year of experience in office administration (real estate experience is an asset) Strong MS Office skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong time management and prioritization and multitasking abilities, particularly under deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of service and professionalism
