A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Reporting to the Project Manager.
• Lead with precision \xe2\x80\x93 overseeing the installation and maintenance of VRF systems and mechanical system controls according to project specifications.
• Providing leadership to a team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety adherence.
• Mentoring team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Performing quality control inspections to exceed client expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation for transparency.
• Generating regular reports on progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular reviews.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2-3 years post-apprenticeship experience
• Previous residential or commercial site experience.
• A positive and driven leader with experience managing small teams and projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting control system drawings.
• Ability to manage clients and budget specifications as required.
• Strong understanding of industry safety practices (safety is a priority for us!).
• Outstanding time and project management skills to complete work on time and within budget.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
• Problem-solving skills for any challenges on the job.
