We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, experience with various accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, accurate financial record-keeping, and effective communication across departments. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and staff coordination
Oversee accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Utilize accounting software such for accurate record-keeping
Perform account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
Complete Financial Reporting to support organizational planning
Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Supervise administrative staff and provide training on accounting procedures as necessary
Requirements
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on accounting functions
Proficiency in accounting software including
Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills for liaising with staff, vendors, and external auditors
Experience working with various accounting software solutions is preferred
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data management
