Position Summary:

As the Controller, you will oversee all financial activities for our local operations, manage our team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a growing global company while working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyze financial results including sales, gross profit and operating expenses. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Maintain standard cost system including analysis of cost changes. Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Tax and audit compliance Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial planning, performance, and growth strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of best practices.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

CPA designation (Certified Professional Accountant) is required. Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, and team management. Strong knowledge of ASPE standards and local accounting regulations. Demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in areas that are new, challenging and where processes have not yet been established
