The Opportunity

We're hiring a Controller / Senior Accountant to take ownership of full-cycle accounting across our hospitality and real estate entities. You'll work in QuickBooks, lead month-end close, and mentor a small team. This role reports to our Senior Investment Analyst.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle accounting: journal entries, accruals, GL maintenance, month-end close Prepare and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks across multiple entities Identify and resolve accounting issues independently Support and mentor 1-2 junior accounting staff Collaborate with leadership on reporting and financial accuracy
What We're Looking For

Required:

3+ years of accounting experience 2+ years working in QuickBooks Experience with reconciliations and month-end close Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

CPA designation or in progress Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management Team leadership or mentoring experience Multi-entity accounting exposure
