About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, detail-oriented accounting professional to take the first steps toward becoming a Dealership Controller. You'll begin by learning the day-to-date financial operations of a fast-paced dealershiop and will be trained and monitored directly by the the Dealer Principal and external accounting professionals. This is a

with significant growth potential in terms of both responsibility and compensation.

What You'll Do:

Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions. Learn dealership-specific accounting systems (eg. PBS). Support month-end close and financial statement preparation. Help manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and inventory tracking. Work closely with department managers and gain exposure to all dealership operations. Contribute to internal controls and financial process improvements. Grow into full controller responsibilities over time.

Who You Are:

A recent graduate or early-career accounting professional (1-3 years of dealership experience required). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficient with Excel and accounting software. Detail-oriented, analytical, and very eager to learn. Motivated to take ownership and grow within an entrepreneurial environment. Experience in or exposure retail automotive is required.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
