Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals.

Our not-for-profit think tank client requires Corporate Controller for a two-to-three-month term. In this remote role, you will provide expert-level guidance and support for the organization\'s D365 implementation.

The Corporate Controller\'s duties will include:

\xc2\xb7 Planning and directing operational accounting functions

\xc2\xb7 Taking an active leadership role in the organization\'s D365 F& O implementation and integration

\xc2\xb7 Preparing monthly consolidated financial reports

\xc2\xb7 Hiring, training and mentoring employees

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

\xc2\xb7 CPA designation a strong asset

\xc2\xb7 Post-secondary education in a relevant field

\xc2\xb7 Experience with a D365 F& O and/or Business Central implementation in a Canadian Not-for-Profit

\xc2\xb7 Change management and leadership experience

\xc2\xb7 Experience leading FP& A teams
