to join our leadership team and support the next phase of our growth.

Position Overview:

The Controller will oversee the full cycle of accounting operations and financial reporting. This individual will provide accurate, timely financial information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all accounting functions, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain, develop, and implement financial policies, controls, systems, and procedures. Coordinate the financial planning and budget process and analyze and correct estimates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax reporting requirements. Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and capital investments. Support and mentor accounting staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred. Proven experience in a Controller or similar role within an accounting environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) is essential. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for account analysis and reconciliation tasks. Experience in budgeting processes and financial forecasting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
