Salary: $120-135,000 plus bonus, benefits and a great working environmentOur client in the custom manufacturing space is seeking an experienced Controller with demonstrated experience in Industry. Our client is an SME with global reach.
Reporting to the CFO, responsibilities would include:

• Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate transaction postings, reconciliations, and accruals, and reviewing accounts for anomalies.
• Prepare and deliver timely internal and external financial statements, including variance analyses and ad hoc reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the department.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, fostering team development and efficiency.
• Oversee special projects such as Standard Costing development, Divisional Margin reporting, and compliance with foreign sales tax regulations.
• Maintain internal controls, monitor accounting policies, and ensure compliance with tax obligations while managing fixed asset records and office files effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications Needed:

• CPA, CMA or CGA designation
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a managerial /controllership function
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of costing, pricing, inventory and % of completion reporting within a custom manufacturing environment
