We're looking for a

hands-on, collaborative, and strategic Controller

who can balance day-to-day financial management with high-level planning and forecasting. This is a leadership role where you'll work closely with every department, translating numbers into actionable insights and playing a key role in moving the business forward.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, internal controls, and compliance. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to leadership. Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial operations. Partner with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals. Develop and implement financial policies that improve profitability and efficiency. Lead special projects, financial modeling, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives. Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

and a CPA designation

. 5+ years of progressive experience in a senior financial leadership role. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work across all levels of the business. A track record of turning financial insights into operational improvements.
