Job Description
Our entrepreneurial manufacturing client is seeking a Controller with experience in job costing and inventory management to provide financial reporting and analysis to drive business results. As the Controller you will collaborate with Management and Operations to provide meaningful analysis and process improvements as well as provide leadership to a small accounting team. Key responsibilities for this hands-on Controller position will include oversight of AR/AP, GL management and reconciliations, month-end close and monthly financial reporting, cashflow management, budget/forecasting, variance analysis, inventory analysis and job costing.
