Controller
Job Description
Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Controller for a 3-4 month contract. The Controller will be responsible for streamlining operations to accommodate a shared service function. The Controller will also be responsible financial reporting and working with the auditors. The Controller will not supervise staff directly for their business unit but will collaborate with peers with respect to their centralized AR, AP, and payroll functions. Lastly the Controller will assist with transitioning the organization to a new ERP platform.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- Accounting designation and working proficiency as a Controller, preferably with ERP conversions experience
- IFRS knowledge and audit experience will also be considered key experiences
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical ability with good organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating effectively in a business environment
