Responsabilites principales :

Travailler a la reussite globale de la concession par la gestion efficace de toutes les taches financieres.

Effectuer, ou s'assurer de l'exactitude de la comptabilite des dossiers de ventes;

Assurer un soutien a l'equipe de gestion de la concession afin d'assurer un fonctionnement comptable approprie;

Analyser mensuellement les etats financiers et voir au controle quotidien d'exploitation, des tendances emergentes et de toute source potentielle d'inquietude;

Collaborer a l'elaboration des previsions financieres relatives a la concession a court et a long terme;

Conciliations bancaires et de financement;

Analyser les cedules comptables;

Assurer les relations avec les gouvernements (auditions, requetes, etc.);

Proceder aux remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ, DAS, etc.);

Preparation des etats financiers mensuels et au manufacturier;

Production de l'ensemble du dossier de fin d'annee;

Preparation d'analyses et de tableaux varies;

Processus d'immobilisation et d'amortissement;

Faire le controle inter compagnies.


Qualifications et competences requises :



Minimum de 2 ans d'experience a une poste similaire en comptabilite ou en gestion financiere;


L'anglais est obligatoire puisqu'il a beaucoup de communication avec le bureau chef a Toronto


Diplome en finances ou en comptabilite.

Experience dans l'industrie automobile;

Sens de l'organisation;

Esprit d'analyse;

Apte a travailler dans un environnement a rythme rapide avec des echeanciers serres;

Capacite a travailler de facon autonome;

Leadership;

Resolution de problemes;

Main responsibilities:




Managing and/or reviewing sales department accounts and files for accuracy; Providing management team support to ensure the implementation of appropriate accounting practices throughout the dealership's operations; Performing monthly financial statement review and daily operating report reviews, reporting emerging trends and potential troublesome issues; Collaborating with the management team and providing support for production of short and long-term departmental and dealership financial forecasts; Performing banking and financing reconciliations; Analyzing various accounting schedules; Acting as representative with government departments (audits, requests, etc.); Performing various government remittances (GST/QST, etc.); Preparing monthly financial statements destined to manufacturers; Producing the year-end report; Preparing various analytical tables; Performing the valuation and depreciation process; Doing the inter company controls.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in accounting or financial management;
English is mandatory as there is a lot of communication with the head office in Toronto; Degree in finance or accounting. Experience in the automotive industry; Organizational skills; Analytical skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; Ability to work independently; Leadership skills; * Problem-solving skills;
