Overview:

VKAM Automation & Security Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced

Control4 Technician

to join our growing team. This is a contract based position and the candidate will be paid on per project basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in control panel fabrication and low-voltage systems, with at least

2-3 years of hands-on experience

their own vehicle and tools

Key Responsibilities:

Install, fabricate, and assemble Control4 panels and systems based on project requirements and schematics Troubleshoot and maintain control panels, low-voltage wiring, and smart home systems Program and test Control4 systems, ensuring full functionality Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality installations and service Provide professional on-site customer support and problem resolution Maintain detailed documentation including wiring diagrams and service reports

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in control systems or home automation Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and smart home integration Ability to read and interpret technical schematics Familiarity with Control4 systems is an asset Must have own vehicle and tools Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Experience:

Control 4 System: 2 years (preferred)
