? Your role? Essential.
You'll be the right hand to the President on all things financial strategy and accounting.
You'll supervise a small team and actively participate in the management committee and the Board of Directors.
Yes, you'll do profitability analysis. Yes, you'll sometimes handle bank reconciliations too.
We want someone who loves both strategy and operations.
? What you'll actually be doing:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ?
• Develop budgets, monitor variances, and propose improvements ?
• Ensure internal controls run smoothly ?
• Manage month-end closings, year-end audits, and special projects ?
• Optimize cash flow and take part in investment decisions ?
• Track KPIs: margins, productivity, waste, resources ?
• Lead and motivate the accounting team ?

? Ideal profile:

• CPA + Bachelor's degree in Accounting (relevant experience can substitute)
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Comfortable with both analysis and team management
• Curious, versatile, and autonomous
• Ready to make a real impact - not just "push numbers"
