Nous recherchons un Contr\xc3\xb4leur Financier exp\xc3\xa9riment\xc3\xa9 et hautement qualifi\xc3\xa9 pour rejoindre notre organisation dynamique. En tant que Contr\xc3\xb4leur Financier, vous serez responsable de superviser tous les aspects de la gestion financi\xc3\xa8re, de la comptabilit\xc3\xa9 et du reporting. Vous jouerez un r\xc3\xb4le crucial pour garantir l\'exactitude et la ponctualit\xc3\xa9 des informations financi\xc3\xa8res, maintenir la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires et mettre en place des contr\xc3\xb4les financiers efficaces.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

- Diriger la fonction de comptabilit\xc3\xa9 financi\xc3\xa8re et de reporting, en veillant \xc3\xa0 l\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa0 l\'exactitude des \xc3\xa9tats financiers.

- Superviser les processus de cl\xc3\xb4ture mensuelle et annuelle, y compris les \xc3\xa9critures comptables, les rapprochements et la pr\xc3\xa9paration des \xc3\xa9tats financiers.

- \xc3\x89laborer et maintenir les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures comptables, en veillant \xc3\xa0 la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux principes comptables g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralement reconnus (PCGR) et aux r\xc3\xa9glementations pertinentes.

- Surveiller la tr\xc3\xa9sorerie, le fonds de roulement et la liquidit\xc3\xa9 pour optimiser la performance financi\xc3\xa8re.

- \xc3\x89tablir et maintenir des contr\xc3\xb4les internes pour prot\xc3\xa9ger les actifs de l\'entreprise et att\xc3\xa9nuer les risques financiers.

- Coordonner et collaborer avec les auditeurs externes, en veillant \xc3\xa0 un processus d\'audit fluide et \xc3\xa0 l\'ach\xc3\xa8vement en temps voulu des exigences d\'audit.

- Travailler en collaboration avec des \xc3\xa9quipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les finances, les op\xc3\xa9rations et la direction ex\xc3\xa9cutive, pour am\xc3\xa9liorer les processus et renforcer la performance financi\xc3\xa8re.

- Rester inform\xc3\xa9 des tendances du secteur, des changements dans les normes comptables et des exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires pour garantir la conformit\xc3\xa9 et recommander des actions appropri\xc3\xa9es.

Qualifications :

- Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire en comptabilit\xc3\xa9 et la certification CPA.

- Exp\xc3\xa9rience de 5 et plus en tant que Contr\xc3\xb4leur Financier ou dans un poste similaire.

- Connaissance approfondie des principes comptables, du reporting financier et des exigences de conformit\xc3\xa9.

- Solide compr\xc3\xa9hension de la budg\xc3\xa9tisation, de la pr\xc3\xa9vision et de l\'analyse financi\xc3\xa8re.

- Ma\xc3\xaetrise des logiciels financiers et des syst\xc3\xa8mes ERP; des comp\xc3\xa9tences avanc\xc3\xa9es en Excel.

- Excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s d\'analyse, de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et de prise de d\xc3\xa9cision.

- Comp\xc3\xa9tences de communication et d\'interpersonnelles efficaces, avec la capacit\xc3\xa9 de collaborer et d\'influencer les parties prenantes \xc3\xa0 tous les niveaux.

- Bilingue en fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our dynamic organization. As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective financial controls.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial accounting and reporting function, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.

- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial performance.

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process and timely completion of audit requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive management, to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and recommend appropriate actions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting and a CPA designation.

- 5+ Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Bilingual: English (Fluent), French (Fluent).
