Contracts Administrator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Draft, review, and administer contracts, including vendor agreements, sales contracts, service agreements, and NDAs. Ensure contract terms align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as, procurement, finance, and operations to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals. Maintain a comprehensive contract management system for tracking contract statuses, renewals, and compliance requirements. Maintain Certificate of Insurance tracking log, Bid requests & Performance bonds Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements and propose solutions to stakeholders. Knowledge of DnB & EDC is an asset. Ensure timely execution of contracts and track key contractual milestones, such as renewal and termination dates. Monitor customer compliance with contractual obligations. Support internal audits and compliance initiatives related to contract management. Continuously improve contract processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications & Skills:




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. DEC in Paralegal Technology 2-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and industry regulations. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:




Experience with ERP systems. Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager - CPCM) is a plus.
