DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing documents for contract award and amendments.
Assist with collection of necessary information to create customer program reports as required.
Assist with formulating pricing for contracts of all types in accordance with company policies.
Assist with submitting proposals in accordance with company policies based on coordinated inputs from "supplier" departments.
With the assistance of a Sr. Contract Administrator, acting as customer interface for minor contracts on routine matters.
Process and /or support the preparation of import / export documentation as required.
Using the ERP System to enter, amend and monitor existing contracts.
Maintenance of the filing system, including archiving completed contracts and setting up quote files.
Maintain all vendor / non - disclosure agreements revalidating as necessary and assisting the contracts department in special projects as required.
Prepare, log and follow-up the completion of ECP/ECR/DCP in accordance with company procedures and applicable customer requirements.
Other duties and job functions as may be requested by the department manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-year college diploma in business or legal administration
1-2 years' experience in an administrative role, contracts administration experience is an asset
Strong computer skills - MS Office suite (Office 365 preferred)
Highly organized and able to track multiple deadlines
French/English bilingualism an asset
