In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things related to Sales Conveyancing. You'll handle account administration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth processing and monitoring of sales transactions. Your commitment to customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures will be key to your success in this position.




Duties and responsibilities:


• Review customer sales documents to ensure all necessary documentation is complete


• Liaise with Area Sales Managers and Lawyers to facilitate and ensure accuracy on sales contracts


• Track sales type (Firm/Spec/Upgrade) and create/maintain sales reporting files for management review


• Update and maintain sales database for sales, customer deposits, upgrades, land transfers, gst rebates
• Manage customer files for sales units for all companies/projects (copying/filing/confidential storage)


• Administer all legal documents associated with sales contracts (land titles, transfers, addendums, confirmations of deposits, etc.)


• Responsible for sending out companywide weekly sales, upgrade updates and individual firm sales update


• Set up new customers in the Sage system


• Ensure compliance with Government privacy act and associated Fintrac administration


• Develop, maintain, and update conveyancing policies and procedures.




Qualifications:


Education


• Post-secondary education
• Certificate in accounting


Experience


• Previous experience in the multi-family construction industry is considered an asset
• Experience coordinating and maintaining database information


Specialized Knowledge


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Some Sage 300 Accounting Experience would be asset
