We are seeking an

Installer Sub-Contractor

Crew

to join our dynamic team at Weatherguard Metals Ltd. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of our metal cladding, architectural panel and roofing systems. The

Sub-Contractor Crew

will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.

Responsibilities

Install various exterior metal wall, architectural panel, and roof systems according to project specifications. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality control measures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Assist in the preparation of job sites, including material handling and setup. Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed systems as required. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress.

Requirements

Previous experience in cladding/roof/architectural panel installation work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. WCB coverage, own tools and transportation, and proven commitment to safety. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights safely.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
