We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as experience in various construction techniques. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Hours will vary per week depending on Jobs ready for installation

Duties

Read and interpret schematics, and construction documents to determine project requirements Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks Execute carpentry tasks including cabinet and counter top installation, as well as crown molding Apply caulking and ensure a polished finish Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs Fast paced work Collaborate with team members to estimate project needs and timelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project Attention to detail is a must

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in construction or a related field Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools Knowledge of finishing, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work is highly desirable Experience in restoration projects is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
