Contractor Sales Representative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have previous building supply experience, with familiarity of plumbing, electrical and construction. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Contractor Sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The Contractor Sales Assistant will work closely with the Contractor Sales team to drive business growth and foster strong relationships with clients.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Support Contractor Sales Representatives in all aspects of their responsibilities. Assist with following up on customer deliveries. Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. Assist in closing sales to or valuable Contractors. Continually learn about products and market conditions.

Experience

Previous experience in Contractor sales and customer service is preferred. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential. Experience in outside sales advantageous. A passion for sales and a desire to learn about new products will set you apart as a candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.70-$36.57 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
