Contractor Relationship Manager

to build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, including electricians and technicians, as well as suppliers in multiple provinces.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC subcontractors, including electricians, , and installers, across various provinces. Establish and foster strong partnerships with HVAC suppliers to ensure smooth business operations. Possess a technical understanding of HVAC systems to effectively communicate with technicians and installers, addressing their concerns and questions. Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem resolution. Identify and onboard new subcontractors and suppliers to expand Nexhome's network. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to partners. Work closely with internal teams to align relationship-building strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in relationship management, business development, or a similar role within the HVAC or construction industry. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technical aspects relevant to installers and technicians. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple relationships across different regions. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
