is a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed private practice serving youth and adults in Calgary and Alberta-wide. We're currently seeking a
Registered or Provisional Psychologist (with external supervision)
to join our growing team. We will also consider a registered social worker (MSW/RSW) with relevant counselling experience.
This is a
contractor position
ideal for clinicians who want autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful, heart-centered work. We specialize in ADHD, autism, trauma, relational wellness, and culturally informed care.
What You'll Do
Provide individual, couple, or family therapy to clients within your scope of practice
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Collaborate with a values-driven team to ensure ethical and high-quality care
Optional: Provide psychoeducational or neurodivergence-focused assessments (if qualified)
Participate in occasional peer consults or team check-ins
Who You Are
Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists. We also welcome applications from MSWs/RSWs with relevant experience.Please note: While we are not currently set up to provide supervision, Provisional Psychologists are welcome to apply if they have an external CAP-approved supervisor. We're happy to support your growth with referrals, flexibility, and a values-aligned environment while you complete your hours.* Hold a minimum of a master's degree or higher in psychology or equivalent
Maintain professional liability insurance
Trauma-informed, strengths-based, and aligned with neurodiversity-affirming
practice
Are grounded in trauma-informed care and trained in approaches such as EMDR, ART, IFS, somatic therapies, or other attachment-based modalities.
Able to work independently and ethically within a private practice model
Open to building a caseload or bringing existing clients into a supportive practice
