Job Summary



We have a job opening for a Administrator position. The Administrator will handle advisor contracting and compensation related duties. The administrator will also make sure that all of our life insurance advisors are licensed.

Duties:

- Initiate, Organize and Complete advisor contracts with the insurance companies ..- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions

- Processing Advisor Commissions for the sale of Life Insurance products.

- Must ensure that management and brokers receive their compensation statements from various insurance companies.

- Submitting invoices, sending out agent T4A , managing debit balance report.

- Handling all compensation related issues.

- Other administrative duties as required by management.

Skills:

- Proficiency in using Apexa for Contracting

- Experience with using Virtgate/wealthserve software is an asset

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract administration

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

This is an full time permanent position and the office hours are 9am to 5:30pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
