The Exciting Position: Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the Technician, will be responsible for Device set up/ installation, technical services calls, maintenance, demos, and logistics to ensure that all our professional (delivery and maintenance) expectations are met while providing excellent end user support in the most efficient manner possible. The superstar we want as part of our SharpLight family is professional, engaging, friendly and detail oriented. Position Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provides technical assistance to the technical Manager, clients, and team members.
Assists in ensuring technical department compliance with QA requirements.
Assists in the implementation of the Regular Maintenance Program.
Attends technical service calls as requested.
Liaise with inter-departmental team on any technical requirements they may have.
Technical Service Calls (repairs and maintenance).
Equipment and Delivery & Set up.
Equipment Return.
Assist with demonstrations and events.
Required Education & Experience:
College Diploma in Electronics (Nice to have)
Minimum of 3-5 years of Technical/Technician experience.
