By providing quality assurance reviews of capital contract documents, offering advice and support, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and providing responses to contractor bid inquiries, you will contribute to the success of the Contract Award Section.

In this role, you will:
provide support for the contract tendering process by reviewing construction contract tender documents
investigate, analyze and post contractor bid enquiries as well as prepare addenda
assist with the development and modification of contract specifications and documentation requirements
help streamline the contract delivery process

Contract Knowledge
You have knowledge of highway engineering including design, construction and contract administration.
You have knowledge of contract documentation policies and practices.

Analytical and Organizational Skills
You have analytical and problem solving skills to review, analyze and evaluate extensive technical information and engineering data.
You can establish and organize priorities in order to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet critical deadlines.

Communication Skills
You have interpersonal and communication skills to maintain successful working relationships and to communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders.
You have computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email and presentation software.
