About Us:
Interior Heavy Equipment Operator School (IHE) is a nationally recognized private training provider offering hands-on instruction and job-ready programs across Western Canada. We're seeking a
contractable qualified Safety Instructor
to deliver specialized safety certifications to our students and the public.
Do you hold
valid instructor credentials in H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level II, and First Aid/CPR

Territory:
You will deliver exclusive training to our students across BC & Alberta. You will rotate between our campuses to lead on-site safety classes located at Edmonton, Innisfail AB and Winfield, BC.
Responsibilities:
Teach
H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level II, and First Aid/CPR
courses to our students.
Lead public sessions from our Calgary training centre [near Chinook Mall], once classes are full.
Contribute to course development, compliance and quality control.
Ensure a positive, safe, and effective learning environment.
Provide assessment and certification in accordance with accrediting body guidelines.
Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel to field sites
H2S Alive (via Energy Safety Canada)
Ground Disturbance Level II (via ABCGA or Global Training Centre)
First Aid & CPR (via Red Cross, St. John, Heart & Stroke, or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience delivering training or in safety-focused roles

Desirable Traits:
Previous experience in teaching.
