Toromont Cat is looking for a Contract - Parts Counter Support Person to join their team in Concord! Our Parts Administrator is an important liaison between the Corporate Warehouse, Concord Parts Department and the Toromont Cat Customers providing hands on support to the Parts Counter Teams in the Concord Branch.

In a typical day, YOU will:
Demonstrate workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviours at all times in support if Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
Monitor customer order picking system to ensure orders are completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Provide exceptional customer service by locating customer orders stored in the warehouse and delivering products to the front counter
Coordinate arrangements for large orders to be loaded on the lift truck in a timely manner
Proactively clean all inventory shelving and loading docks to maximize use of area
Act on all transfers and returned core items in a timely and accurate manner
Receive and process returned parts in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with customer inquiries as requested and ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction
Must-haves for this role:
Post Secondary Education and 2 years experience in a similar retail or truck parts counter environment
Technical aptitude and knowledge of CAT products would be an asset
A safety conscious team player with commitment to deliver internal and external customer service excellence continuously with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of cross functional teams
Highly organized with the ability to effectively achieve results in a fast-paced and demanding environment
A mindset for continuous improvement and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of CAT systems or experience with CAT parts operations or similar systems would be an asset
Willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the business needs
