Contract Office Administrator (with Health Care Experience)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally bright, proactive, and skilled at keeping projects and people organized.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across day-to-day office operations
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Use strong computer skills to organize files, track tasks, and streamline processes
Follow up on pending projects to ensure timely completion
Support coordination of care and office activities with knowledge of HCA/HC procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners
Take initiative to identify and solve problems independently
Work time from 8:30-1:30PM Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
Certified Health Care Assistant (HCA) or Home Care (HC) experience an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with computers and office software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
A professional who brings experience but remains adaptable and open to learning

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
