We're a design-build company specializing in small multi-unit developments (4-12 units) optimized for CMHC MLI Select. We don't just design--we build every project ourselves.
Our model is simple:
standardized, modular builds that we can repeat at speed.
Same floor plans, same energy specs, same flat urban lots. This lets our in-house architecture, energy modeling, surveying, and construction teams work like a production line.
We need a multi-discipline engineer who can handle our complete engineering stack--primarily civil site work (every project) plus electrical, HVAC, structural, and plumbing as needed. Help us scale from 12 projects next year to doubling or tripling annually. Our mission:
build affordable housing, high quality, fast.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
-------------------------------------
Results-based compensation:
We don't pay hourly. Finish a project in half the time? You make twice the hourly rate, plus bonuses.
Standardized workflow:
Because our projects are nearly identical, your engineering packages become templates you refine and reuse--making each successive project faster and more profitable for you.
Complete engineering ownership:
Handle all engineering disciplines = maximum project value and streamlined coordination. No waiting on other engineers or coordination headaches.
Clear growth path:
Prove yourself over 6 months and we'll bring you in-house as Principal Engineer with equity participation.
High-performance culture:
Our entire team--from architects to project managers--operates on the same results-driven model. Everyone takes ownership, pride in their work, and pushes for high productivity. You'll coordinate closely with our surveyor, architect, and project manager--but as our complete engineering solution, you control the entire technical workflow.
