Position Title Contract Instructor, Haul Truck
Required Qualifications

• Experience in operating mechanical and electric drive Haul Truck in an open pit mine.
• The ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware errors.
• General maintenance of advanced simulator equipment required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous training experience and an Adult Education Certificate would be considered an asset.
• Sound understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations would be a benefit for this position.
• Heavy Equipment Operator Experience would be considered an asset.

Keyano College is currently seeking a Haul Truck Instructor to deliver programing at our SEIC Campus. This instructor will be required to prepare and deliver lessons and demonstrations through classroom and a simulated environment; educate students on the essential skills required to operate a Haul Truck in a safe and efficient manner, maintain necessary student records and perform other related instructional duties.
Advertised Salary Contract Instructor hourly rates may range between $51.88 - $73.80 per hour, as they are dependent upon education, training, and experience.
