At Tenstorrent, we're building cutting-edge compute technology--and that means growing a strong, people-first team. We're looking for a Contract HR Operations Coordinator to keep our HR engine running smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn the ropes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.



This role is in person, based out of Toronto.

Who You Are

What We Need

Handle employee lifecycle events with accuracy and speed (onboarding, offboarding, changes). Serve as the go-to person for employee questions, resolving or escalating as needed. Maintain HRIS data and support process improvements as our systems evolve. Collaborate across IT, Finance, and Facilities to keep operations smooth.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
