Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, or industrial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Handle janitorial duties including restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and managing waste disposal efficiently. Carry out custodial tasks like window cleaning, surface disinfecting, and light maintenance to uphold hygiene standards.
Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs needed or potential hazards promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, scrubbers, or pressure washers safely and effectively. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various environments for extended periods.
