Job Description
Purpose of Contract VV is seeking to review its operations and obtain a high level document describing its business process. There should also be analysis of those business activities with the goal of improving the existing business processes. VV seeks a consultant or consulting company to: Prepare a high level, documented analysis of the current business processes and information systems. Provide a clear vision of how the business processes can be improved, with recommendations on how to proceed to make these improvements. The consultant will work with the VV business departments and the technology team for the SIS (Genius). Requirements
- Proposals must include a description of the methodology that will be used to complete the Business
- Process Mapping and Analysis, including an indication of any required software or other resources.
- Proposals must include a complete and thorough description of the project deliverables for the documentation of the business processes and information systems, with samples, including Business Process Models, Data Models, etc.
- The proposal should include a project schedule, costs, and time requirements from VV staff.
- Proposed analysis start date is not later than July 1, 2023
- Proposed project duration: 6-8 weeks
- Deadline for project submission is Aug 25, 2023
