Position: Contract and Administrative Coordinator
Location: Gatineau, QC (full-time, on-site)
We have an excellent permanent opportunity available for a highly skilled and dynamic Contract and Administrative Coordinator. This position is for our federal government client located in Gatineau (QC).

Responsibilities:
- Respond to all requests from government client users in a courteous and professional manner
- Support contract management in the facility including keeping contracts compliant and up-to-date
- Help the Facility Manager to prepare and coordinate meetings
- Support with the management of contractors prior and during their presence on-site
- Provide administrative support to the assignment and completion of work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Prepare files and data required for the performance monitoring system
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned (i.e. office supply inventory, expense reports preparation, meeting minutes, administering payroll, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- College degree in Administration or equivalent 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Bilingual to communicate with clients all over Canada
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Level II Security Clearance (Federal Government of Canada clearance which required 10 years living in Canada within the last 10 years)
