We offer customers total payment control with simple and easy financing options for Homeowners and their Home Improvement loans. This Full-Time Hybrid Position is Monday to Friday between 8:30am\xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm EST. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Audit transactions and handle any deficiencies including requesting updated documentation \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure contracts are entered in the dedicated Contract Management Software \xef\x82\xb7 Process Home-Owner Verification and Register Notice of Security Interest / Fixtures / Caveats on properties in an accurate and timely manner \xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with internal staff, external partners regarding loan documentation \xef\x82\xb7 Provide support where necessary to other team members within the organization \xef\x82\xb7 Assist with other tasks and duties as required Qualifications / Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Completion of post-secondary education in finance, or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft 365 \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail. Including strong time management and organization skills \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent judgement and strong problem-solving skills \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal, written and communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Positive attitude, highly motivated and ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
