Get your foot in the door!Agilus is recruiting for several Administrative Assistantss in the Public & Private Sectors in Victoria, British Columbia. If you're currently unemployed and looking to "test drive" some of the top employers in Victoria then look no furtherwe can help! A typical day:

  • Answering phones, greeting customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Responding to correspondence
  • Compiling data and creating reports
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning
Successful candidates will have:
  • Must currently live in the Greater Victoria area
  • Must currently be unemployed and availble 35 hour per week
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office - particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Previous office experience a definite asset
Total rewards:
  • $18.00 hourly
  • Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Transit accessible
