Elaborer et mesurer des metriques standard, schematiser le flux, y compris les entrees et les sorties, identifier les opportunites d'amelioration. Evaluer l'efficacite et proposer des recommandations d'amelioration conformement aux piliers de l'entreprise. Developper des projets de mise en oeuvre d'ameliorations et les surveiller pour s'assurer qu'ils fonctionnent comme prevu

Assurer un flux de production constant, fluide et efficace en soutenant la production par la resolution des problemes quotidiens. Agir en tant que liaison efficace entre les differents services.

Taches specifiques



Identifier en permanence toutes les non-conformites de l'unite operationnelle signalees dans la base de donnees des non-conformites

Determiner de maniere appropriee la marche a suivre et demander la modification (ajout ou correction) des informations ou de la documentation aux secteurs concernes

Coordonner avec tous les secteurs concernes la resolution des problemes en donnant des instructions claires sur la marche a suivre et le calendrier d'execution conformement a la date d'expedition prevue

Assurer un suivi permanent de tous les problemes pour veiller a ce que leur resolution soit mise en oeuvre en temps voulu afin de respecter les dates d'expedition prevues

Fournir une mise a jour permanente de la base de donnees des non-conformites avec les changements et mises a jour en cours

Assurer une saisie precise de la description du probleme et definir clairement la cause profonde

Assurer le plus haut niveau d'integrite des donnees; developper, analyser et mettre a jour les donnees statistiques, l'analyse des tendances, le pareto pour surveiller les indicateurs cles de rendement afin de coordonner le projet de reduction des occurrences de non-conformites

Creer et entretenir des relations fructueuses avec tous les contacts a tous les niveaux de l'organisation

Participer aux reunions quotidiennes de l'unite operationnelle et fournir des informations sur l'etat d'avancement des problemes de production et des plans d'action d'amelioration continue

Fournir des conclusions et des recommandations aux gestionnaires, en se concentrant sur l'atteinte de l'excellence operationnelle

Fournir des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels de toutes les non-conformites aux secteurs concernes ou au service responsable

Organiser des reunions hebdomadaires avec l'equipe de l'unite operationnelle et les autres services designes comme champions du soutien a l'amelioration continue

Participe aux audits de controle interne

Suivre la mise en oeuvre des actions correctives proposees et evaluer leur efficacite

Participer activement aux activites d'amelioration continue pour renforcer l'excellence operationnelle, comme le kaizen, les methodes allegees, etc., et se concentrer et soutenir la transformation culturelle de la qualite

Soutenir le responsable de l'unite commerciale en participant et en reflechissant a l'analyse et a la mise en oeuvre de nouvelles solutions et procedures

Fournir le soutien et le mentorat necessaires jusqu'a ce que le nouveau processus ou la nouvelle recommandation soit mis en oeuvre et parvenu a maturite

Entreprendre toute tache raisonnablement demandee par l'equipe de direction

Qualifications



Scolarite :

baccalaureat en genie industriel, en fabrication, en qualite dans une autre discipline connexe

Experience :

un minimum 3 ans de travail dans un environnement de fabrication avec des applications des systemes de qualite, de l'amelioration continue et des outils et methodes de production allegee

Logiciels :

progiciel de bureau, systeme ERP / (Epicor de preference)

Competences :

competences analytiques en matiere de resolution de problemes, pensee critique, volonte d'apprendre et capacite d'apprentissage rapide, capacite a etablir des priorites, gestion du temps, grand interet pour les connaissances techniques, bonnes capacites d'investigation, capacite a respecter les delais. Niveau intermediaire a expert sur les outils de qualite et Lean, tels que Pareto, Kaizen, histogramme, diagramme de flux de processus, gestion des dechets, 5S, PDCA.

Autres :

esprit pratique, bien organise, soucieux du detail, excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication, capacite a travailler dans des delais serres dans un environnement au rythme rapide; personne active et dynamique

General Description of the Role



Developing and measuring standard metrics, diagramming the flow, including inputs and outputs, identifying opportunities for improvement. Assess the effectivenes and offer recommendations for improvement in accordance with the business' Pillars. developing projects for implementing improvements and monitor them to ensure it works as intended

.

Ensure a constant, smooth and efficient production flow by supporting production with resolutions to daily issues. Act as an efficient liaison between different departments.

Specific Tasks



Identify all Business Unit's Non-Conformities flagged through the Non-Conformance Database on a permanent basis.

Appropriately determining the course of action and requesting modification (addition or correction) of information or documentation to the areas involved.

Coordinates with all areas involved in the resolution of the issues giving clear instructions on the course of action and timeline for the execution according with the scheduled ship date.

Provide a permanent follow up of all issues to assure their resolution is implemented in a timely fashion in order to keep the scheduled shipping dates.

Provide a permanent update on the Non-Conformance Database with the on-going changes/updates

Ensure an accurate entry of problem description and, define clearly the root cause.

Ensure the highest level of data integrity. Develop, analyze and update statistical data, trend analysis, pareto to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to coordinate project to reduce nonconformities occurrences.

Creates and maintains successful relationships with all contacts at all levels of the organization

Join daily Business Unit meeting and provide progress / status over the production issues and Continuous Improvement Actions plans.

Provide findings and recommendations to the managers, focusing on achieving operational excellence.

Provide weekly and monthly reports of all Non-Conformities to the areas involved or department responsible.

Conduct weekly meetings with the Business Unit Team and other departments assigned as Continuous Improvement support champion.

Participates in the internal control Audits.

Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions proposed and evaluate the effectiveness.

Participate actively for continual improvement activities to enhance the operational excellence, such as kaizen, lean methods, etc. and, focus and support the quality cultural transformation

Support the Business Unit Manager by participating and brainstorming in the analysis and implementation of new solutions and procedures.

Provide the necessary coaching & mentorship until new process or recommendation is implemented and mature.

Undertake any tasks as reasonably requested by the senior management team

Education

: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or other related discipline.

Experience

: Minimum 3 years working in manufacturing environment with applications of Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools and methods.

Software

: Office Package, ERP system / ( Epicor preferred)

Skills

: Analytical problem-solving skills, critical thinking, willingness to learn and capacity of fast learning, ability to prioritize, time management, high interest in technical knowledge, good investigation skills, ability to respect deadlines. Intermediate to expert level on the Quality and Lean tools, such as Pareto, Kaizen, Histogram, Process Flow Diagram, Waste Management, 5S, PDCA.

Other
