We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to lead training and development efforts within our manufacturing environment, with a primary focus on health and safety, food safety, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability. This short term contract role involves conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with established standards and actively participating in external audits to uphold our commitment to excellence. The position also includes involvement in Yield Projects to optimize production processes and support in Management of Change (MOC) activities, conducting thorough risk assessments and follow-up actions. You will play a crucial role in developing corrective action plans based on audit findings, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.Advantages

Knowledge to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 standards is required.
Good computer skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams (calls, meetings), data entry (EJT - can be trained).
Be open and willing to work flexible hours based on training needs, across all 3 shifts.
Ability to read, understand and edit standard operating procedures, work instruction other documented information as guided with ETQ (document control software- can be trained)
Communication skills required for internal audits - read, write, interview, listen, observe, note taking to name a fewQualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1-3+ years\' experience in a Supply Chain role.
Experience with Process improvement, using Continuous Improvement (Cl) methodologies
Minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
Experience with change management and influencing organizational culture change.
1+ years\' experience in a project management role an asset.Summary
