Yes--we build high-end custom cabinetry. But we also push the boundaries of what a modern cabinetmaker can be. Our work extends beyond wood into

engineering, machine improvement, automation, and software-driven workflows

. If you enjoy figuring out how things could work better, you'll feel at home here.at first glance an engineer is a good fit but maybe you are self taught and enjoy learning.

We don't need to hire--we want the

. This role can be part-time, full-time, or a flexible hybrid depending on the person.

Who This Role Is For

This position is ideal for someone who:

Has a strong interest in

technology, engineering, or mechanical design

Enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement Is hands-on and curious (students welcome) Likes building, testing, tweaking, and iterating Wants to work in a real shop--not just behind a screen
Experience with

SolidWorks

is a major bonus, but not required.

Tools & Environment

You'll be working with:

CNC router 3D printer SolidWorks CAD software Custom jigs, fixtures, and evolving shop systems A real production cabinet shop that encourages experimentation
We're also

part-time YouTubers

, so many of the projects you help design and build may be featured on our channel.

Responsibilities

Depending on your strengths, your work may include:

3D modeling and design 3D printing and prototyping Shop organization and workflow improvement Brainstorming and developing equipment or process upgrades Cabinet assembly and hands-on shop work CNC router setup and operation
This is not a rigid role--you'll help shape it.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
