Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and cross-functional problem-solving workshops. Standardize and optimize operating procedures and best practices across departments. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production teams to enhance equipment reliability and process performance. Monitor and report on CI metrics, KPIs, and project ROI. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical devices, PPE, or other high-volume industries. Proven success in leading CI projects with measurable impact. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and TPM principles. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field. Strong understanding of equipment commissioning, process validation, and startup protocols. Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, and Power BI. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Skilled at facilitating cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Assets

Experience in greenfield startups or major facility expansions. Familiarity with automation systems, vision systems, and P&ID documentation. Understanding of robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies.

What We Offer

Competitive salary. Comprehensive benefits package, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine services. Company-matched retirement plan.
