Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with various personal care activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).

Perform light housekeeping duties.

Assist clients with meals.

Provide respite for families and care givers.

Transfer/position with mechanical life.

Documentation (e.g., reporting client concerns, progress notes, incident reports).

Core Requirements:

Provincial Continuing Care Assistant Certification

Must have current CPR & First Aid, WHMIS, and Food Handlers.

Must have a current Criminal Records Check.

Must have a Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle on a daily basis.

Persons with related education and/or work experience and are enrolled in or are eligible to be enrolled in CCA RPL Program; students in nursing; and CCA programs may apply.

$19.82-24.17 hr based on experience and qualifications

Kilometer rate paid

Benefits Package and Shift premiums (after probationary period)
