What You'll Do

As a

Continuing Care Assistant

, you'll be at the heart of our mission -- providing


personalized, respectful, and dignified care that supports the physical, emotional, and


spiritual well-being of each resident.


Your days will include:


Helping residents with daily living activities while fostering dignity and
independence
Offering comfort, companionship, and encouragement Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or routines Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment Working closely with the care team, families, and other departments Documenting care and helping update care plans Mentoring new staff and CCA students when needed

What We're Looking For

Graduate of a provincially recognized

Continuing Care Assistant

course (or
equivalent)
A kind heart and a genuine interest in helping others Strong communication skills -- both verbal and non-verbal Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Physically able to meet the demands of the role Willingness to work all shifts as needed (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
