A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTENTS SUPERVISOR
As a Contents Supervisor, you lead your crew through every step of the restoration process. You plan and coordinate daily work, oversee quality and safety, and make sure every item is packed, cleaned, and restored to the highest standard. You stay connected with Project Managers and clients to review scopes, set priorities, and resolve any issues before they impact progress. You coach and support your team, reinforcing safe practices, technical precision, and pride in every detail. Every day brings something new, and your leadership, organization, and focus help the team deliver excellent results and outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration or emergency services, ideally within contents, cleaning, or emergency response
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to direct and support team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using mobile devices and applications
In-depth knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration principles, with hands-on experience using Ozone and Hydroxyl machines
Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements for restoration environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
